When will my order be processed?

How do I start a return?
To begin a return, email us at Support@ArcadiaYard.com or call (480) 639-0333 with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and prepaid shipping label.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If a return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Arcadia Yard will cover return shipping costs.

Hi, I'm Kate.
I'm a mechanical engineer with a Master's degree in Systems Engineering, an MBA, a mom, and a lifelong researcher.
For years, I did what many ambitious people do—I focused on building a successful career, worked long hours, chased goals, and spent much of my time thinking about what needed to happen next. There were seasons where I was working 12- to 14-hour days and, despite achieving many of the things I thought I wanted, I realized I wasn't spending enough time nurturing the things that mattered most: my health, my family, and the environment I was creating around us.
That realization changed the way I thought about home.
I became fascinated by the connection between our environment and our wellbeing. I started researching gardening, greenhouses, outdoor living, wellness spaces, nutrition, design, and the ways our surroundings influence how we feel, think, and connect with one another.
What I discovered was simple:
The spaces we create shape the lives we live.
When our homes support our health, encourage us to spend time outdoors, and provide places to gather with the people we love, life feels different. We feel calmer. More connected. More present.
Arcadia Yard was created from that belief.
