    • We do not currently ship internationally

    Shipping Costs

    • Free shipping on all orders within the United States. No hidden fees.

    2. Order Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (Phoenix) begin processing the same business day
    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

    3. Transit Time (After Shipment)

    • Standard Shipping: 10–14 business days
    • Expedited or overnight shipping is not currently available online
    • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control
    • Orders cannot be cancelled due to carrier delays once shipped.

    We partner with reliable domestic carriers to ensure safe delivery of your order.

    The carrier is selected based on item size, weight, and delivery location.


    5. Freight Delivery (Large or Oversized Items)

    Certain products are shipped via freight carrier due to size or weight.

    • Curbside delivery only
    • Signature required at delivery
    • Delivery appointment coordination with the carrier

    Missed Freight Deliveries

    • Customers are responsible for being available during scheduled freight delivery windows
    • Missed delivery appointments may result in additional fees for rescheduling or redelivery

    Freight Damage Requirement

    • If a freight shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers must document the damage and refuse delivery
    • Accepted freight deliveries with damage may not be eligible for claims

    • Tracking information is provided for all orders
    • Customers receive an email containing:
      • Tracking number
      • Carrier name
      • Tracking link
    • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment

    7. Failed or Incorrect Deliveries

    Incorrect Address Responsibility

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout
    • Arcadia Yard is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

    Returned Shipments

    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
      • We will contact you to arrange reshipment
      • Additional shipping charges may apply

    8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

    If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or marked as delivered but not received:

    • Verify the shipping address
    • Check with neighbors or building management
    • Contact us for assistance

    Damaged Packages

    If your package arrives damaged:

    1. Take clear photos of the packaging and item(s)
    2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    3. Do not discard original packaging
    4. If damage is visible upon arrival, refuse the shipment

    We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


    9. Missing Items

    If any items are missing from your order:

    • Contact us within 90 days of delivery
    • Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s)

    We will investigate and resolve the issue by sending missing items or issuing a refund when applicable.


    10. Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fees

    Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

    Key highlights:

    • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
    • After 24 hours, cancellation requests may be subject to applicable supplier fees.
    • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
