We are an authorized reseller for U.S. manufacturers, and orders ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse within the United States. Do you offer free shipping?
Our products include free standard shipping within the continental U.S. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to reach out.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery typically takes 10–14 business days after your order is processed. Please note that custom or made-to-order items may take longer, and shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors. We’ll send you shipping updates and tracking information once your order is in transit.
Where are your products made?
We proudly work with U.S.-based manufacturers who prioritize quality, sustainability, and expert craftsmanship. Many of our products are handcrafted or built-to-order to ensure exceptional durability and detail.
Do you offer installation services?
Items come with detailed instructions for DIY setup or can be assembled by local professionals. We do not offer installation services, although may be able to work with some supplier white-glove or installation services.
Can I customize a product?
Yes! Several of our partner brands offer customization options such as size, finish, color, or accessories. Customization options are listed on each product page, and we’re happy to help guide you through the process.
What is your return window?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Do you price match?
We honor manufacturer MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies and work closely with our partners to offer competitive pricing. If you see the same product listed elsewhere at a lower price, please let us know — we’re happy to review it.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
How do I start a return?
To begin a return, email us at Support@ArcadiaYard.com or call (480) 639-0333 with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and prepaid shipping label.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Arcadia Yard will cover return shipping costs.
What is your restocking fee?
For returns due to change of mind, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This also applies to any cancellations made after an item has already shipped.
Can I return a custom or personalized item?
Unfortunately, custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
