✨ Returns & Shipping Summary:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unassembled items in their original packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and refunds are processed within 14 days after the item is received and inspected. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and ship free within the United States. Standard delivery takes 10–14 business days, and tracking information is provided once your order ships. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
If your item arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us within 48 hours to ensure eligibility for a replacement or refund.
